You contact us for an estimate, and we then conduct the estimate. We send you an estimate, if you approve it we will schedule your project.
We schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. Anything after that we will call to schedule closer to your requested dates.
Most of our prices are based on square footage. Caulking and grout services depend on the condition and will be charged accordingly.
Unfortunately long-standing stains may not come off at 100% but our technicians will be able to remove as many layers as possible. For any areas that we are not able to clean to our standard, we will deduct 5% off your total cost.
